The resident generals of the Coalition forces would meet at Deity, numerous solutions to the rioting, threats would no longer work as somehow the people who had only just stopped shooting eachother had turned on the Coalition ground forces. Bombardment was out of the question, no more collateral damage was needed. The Kotungans would be locked out of all loudspeakers, disabling their calls for "Freedom" though their version of it was simply being able to shoot each-other without consequence. After deliberation, it was decided that the use of Gestapo stockpiles of memory altering gas would be experimented on one singular district. Most of the Type 2's would RTB to change their payloads and fuel up, some staying so that air-superiority could be kept. Once it was fueled, the rioters of the nearest district to Deity, riot police would overlook them, gas masks on as the group is gassed. The loud-speakers would stop city wide, and a monotone voice would simply repeat. Stating three lines.

"The C.C.T. wants the best for you. The C.C.T. brings peace. The C.C.T. is your friend.".

Unless the Kotungans had over the years developed a resistance to brainwashing, they'd forget up to the last fourteen hours and have those three ideals in their heads. Painting the C.C.T. in a more positive light.

It wasn't long after the conversation with the CCT Admiral ended that the USC put its plans into motion. The Marine Command Ship and the troop transport accompanying it launched Chetco shuttles by the dozens, and several of the Hastings' fighter squadrons left the fleet's defense zone to accompany the troop transports down. A lot of the ships landed on Malverdi, uncaring for the highly radioactive soil, and combat engineers begun using small nuclear charges to dig a series of tunnels underneath the nuked capital. A few squads of marines started running search-and-rescue operations in order to save any civilians who had survived the initial blasts, using the load-lifting capacity of their armors to free survivors from debris. Anti-radiation medicine was sent down to the planet in bulk with the transports, as were construction materials, pre-fab structures and automated defenses. Malverdi was being turned into a fortress.

Near El Manar
Hastings Talon 014, Callsign 'Juggler'

+"Black Python squadron, weapons release has been authorised. Repeat, weapons release has been authorised. Assault forces inbound, ETA three minutes, clear staging area with minimal collateral and then run close air support."+

+"Hastings, this is Python Lead. Python acknowledges, commencing bombing run now. Lock clean, no civilians detected in target area. Releasing safeties..."+

Lieutenant Paul 'Juggler' White reached for his bomber's missile arm, entering the small code and then turning the switch below the keypad. The missile bay doors underneath his fighter slid open, and an entire rack of AGM-119 'Stinger' Air-to-Ground Demolition Warheads was revealed and extended downwards. After a final scan to ensure the area was clean of civilians and CCT forces alike, an escort fighter detached from the formation, accelerated forward and dropped a series of red flares down to the target zone; enough to tell anyone nearby to steer clear.

The bombardment followed a few seconds after, showering a small city block with guided demolition ordinance. Building after building collapsed under the explosion and subsequent vacuum created by the detonation, creating a clean, collateral-free destruction of the structures. The goal was very simple: a landing zone was being cleared for USC forces to land in.

Said forces appeared in the form of a dozen Chetco transport shuttles, which set down on the now clean staging area. Squads of power armored marines rolled out of the vehicles, followed by APCs, tanks and even the occasional mech. Numerous loudspeakers on the vehicles flickered to life, starting to broadcast their own propaganda.

"You deserve to be free! Cooperation with United Systems Marines will guarantee a swift restoration of democracy to this land!"

"Freedom is a basic right of every human being! Resist oppression, today!"

"Fascism is a temporary setback on the road to freedom!"

They were just the foothold force, however.

In the outskirts of the city, many more transports landed, and within minutes had deployed their cargo. A long tank and APC column advanced towards El Manar, with all vehicles marked clearly with the United Systems Marine Corps emblem and the USC flag. One of the monstrosities called an M200 Panther was leading the formation, with its massive 500mm Siege Cannon's barrel glowing an eerie blue as the capacitor built up energy.

In response to the U.S.C's touch down and removal of buildings, two Type 2's would make their way to the touchdown point, as well as a convoy of four heavily armored Type 14 Trucks once they got to the U.S.C location, their payload would be be transferred out by the inbuilt cranes, a large quantity of concrete blockades, standing a good fifteen feet high. The Type 2's would drop down winches along with harnesses, they would block off the roads into the U.S.C. district. Leaving two entrances by road to the U.S.C. sector. Which would then be blocked off by a Type 110 Heavy Tank, in preparation for a checkpoint to be set up.

The rioting citizens merely turned on each other, firing in all directions. The various gas weaponry over rode any basic human memory with the one true adrenaline creating alternative: fear.

Kotungans simply charged everywhere, and while this lesson ed the severity of the riots, it was now going city wide, everyone in the street was picking up arms in order to defend their markets, their homes and their children, if it meant shooting anything that moved then they would do it. In a city that had a population density of over 19,000 per square kilometer, things were certainly heating up.

Malverdi

And then, there was light. Real, ultra violet light, the USC had dug into what was a Malverdian bomb shelter, the first thing pointed out of the hole was a gun, but it wasn't fired, on closer inspection, the Malverdians knew that the USC wasn't trying to clear them out or occupy their bunker.

For the USC had entered a whole underground district of Sao Linguano, life down here was very much so still alive, however dwindled the population was.

In the USC El Manar districts they were originally treated with superstition but the rioters immediately joined in, in Kotungan terms, freedom, was freedom, and the USC men definitely had the most "freedom" out of anyone else, the Kotungans were backing what they thought to be the winning side.

El Manar
1st Company, 2nd Rapid Strike Battalion Deployment Zone
CCT-USC District Border

"WHERE THE FUCK ARE MY POWER LOADERS? HOW DO THEY EXPECT ME TO BUILD THEM A BUNKER WITHOUT POWER LOADERS?"

Captain Louanne Friesen was having a terrible day so far. Not only had her company been deployed to Kotunga with less than an hour's notice, but Command had apparently forgotten to ship them the necessary supplies to establish a proper fortification and roadblock. They hadn't neglected to send them the pre-fabricated parts, no, they had an abundance of those. But how were they supposed to install a multi-tonne pre-fab command and control bunker without heavy lifting equipment? Power armor only did so much to aid in construction, which was precisely why power loaders had been invented. And now, they apparently had none.

One of the sergeants shook his helmet and shrugged his shoulders, or more accurately, his shoulder plates. "No idea, ma'am! They must've mixed up the shipping and sent them to one of the other units!"

"Well how- Alright, you know what? Get the cargo cable extenders from the truck, use one of our tanks to pull those things. I'll be damned if I'll fail at my objective because some logistics shithead messed up his homework. Get to it!"

The sergeant saluted and then rushed off, heading towards the direction of the line of trucks that had been assembled in the middle of the street. They were cargo vehicles, obviously, but each had an automated machinegun on its roof and was armored enough to look more like an APC than a simple truck.

For the past few minutes, the USC had been busy: carbon nanotube barricades had been established on all roads but two, the same two that the CCT had blocked off with tanks, and M200 Panther tanks had been placed in the latter to outdo the CCT's firepower. Elements of the 107th Combat Engineer battalion started establishing a series of metal and carbon nanotube composite gates, sealing off the last roads between the CCT and USC districts. Turrets were installed, and a bunker-like structure was dragged into position behind each gate by a number of lighter tanks. The USC was certainly not fooling around.

In the meantime, the 77th Military Police battalion begun running peaceful riot suppression in the USC sector, asking the rioters to calm down while the USC secured the area. One man in particular, a Colonel by the looks of it, opened the hatch of his General Dynamics Land Systems M27 IFV, which had been modified for riot control and suppression, and started yelling using the built-in speaker of the power armor he was wearing.

"Citizens of El Manar! You are now free of the oppression imposed on you by the fascist government of the Coalition of Cleansed Territories! In leading this revolution, you have earned your freedom! The United Systems Confederation applauds your resolve, and pledges to protect this area from the fascist war machine! Please return to your homes while we secure the area! Food, water, medical supplies and other essentials will be distributed once the streets are clear, and we are currently working on restoring power and running water! Together, we can work for a better future!"

"Friendly, hold your fire!"

The squad of Marines did not fire thanks to the quick thinking of their sergeant, and they secured the safeties on their battle rifles. They stopped digging, obviously, and they cautiously stepped inside the hole. Their power armor would look quite intimidating, but they hadn't opened fire so far, so they were probably not going to cause trouble in the city.

C.C.T riot control would block off all the checkpoints and snipers would be moved into apartment buildings, the occupants being offered housing in one of the emptier districts near Deity. if any Kotungan attempted to make a run for the U.S.C. district, they'd be shot non-lethally and retrieved from the no-mans land. Unless they were getting too close to the U.S.C. side, then the next shot would aim to put them down. Signs were erected by the two checkpoints, warning Kotungans illegal crossings can lead to detainment or death. Loudspeakers would be installed on the C.C.T. side, broadcasting their own propaganda.

"They'll take your homes, they'll instill their fake Democracy to steal your resources and ship them back to their homeland, your soldiers will fight useless wars so they don't have too. Only co-operation with Coalition of Cleansed Territories forces can bring true peace to Kotunga and El Manar, don't let the incompetence they displayed defending Earth ruin this wonderful nation as well!".

The Type 110's would open their hatches, reloading all their ammo racks and autoloaders, as well as the numerous machine guns and the anti-air missile launcher. Type 2's would drop down SAM systems onto the apartment buildings roofs through the use of winches once more. And further back from the lines mortar squads would set up secured firing positions.

[003,0K] Kotunga - Page 11 Empty Re: [003,0K] Kotunga

Post by autist supreme Mon Apr 08, 2013 6:27 am

It was then that on CCT side of the wall, toward the outskirts of the city, 8 medical trucks pulled up, as the citizens ran to the aid trucks, laser guns, plasma guns, crossbows, flamethrowers and grenade launchers shot out from the trucks, it was then, the known, the crazy, the badlanders, the Moskamadamien Disaster Squad had arrived. Within 30 seconds they scuttled into the crowd, throwing out munitions and weapons, even food and confectionery.

As more vehicles are sent into the riot, men with machetes slap the roofs of the car. By now a few remaining Malverdians in the cities would be spreading ill news to the crowds.

Megaphones blasted out, informed people, angry people, news that was VERY dangerous for the CCT.

"They'll take OUR homes?! BROTHERS! These FACIST DOGS DESTROYED MALVERDI! FIGHT FOR FREEDOM! They TAKE OUR LANDS, IF THEY WANTED WHAT IS BEST FOR US, THEY WOULD LEAVE! THE LORD-AUTHORITY FORTNUM IS AN IDIOT! THE GESTAPO IS A DEN OF WHORES, THE CCT IS A BROKEN ECONOMY WITH A FALSE POLITICAL SYSTEM, THESE INFANTILE CREATURES KNOW NOTHING OF HARD WAR, THEY HIDE BEHIND SUITS OF ARMOR AND ELECTRONICS, ARE THESE THE PEOPLE YOU WISH TO LEAD YOU WHEN THEY CANNOT EVEN FIGHT!!"

This was clear insight that Malverdian communications had still, very much so survived. Kotungan armed militant units had set up clusters of training camps around the city, this was uncontrollable for nothing short than a full war theater, which neither contesting side had. The riots and the spreading fire that was consuming the city would hide any heat tracking signature and SONAR would be too unreliable for quick moving targets. Rooftop improvised rockets once again rained from the sky, demolition trucks slammed into hard points and battle dozers were once again used. In the 3 days that the riots and tensions had been going on the badlands seemed to have mobilized for their final assault, they had consumed all resource from their once out of the way province, but any occupying power could now see that Kotunga's most dangerous and unexpected were running around on the ground and were most definitely a cause for concern.

El Manar District Border.

Seeing as they did not believe the C.C.T was able to fight, the Badlands resistance fighters were about to get one hell of a surprise. The wall guards would immediately open fire before the trucks even stopped. A mix of auto-cannon, AT and gauss made a deadly trap for the trucks attempting to enter. Machine guns would fire over the heads of anyone trying to head to the trucks, as snipers picked off any occupants stupid enough to show themselves. Radio chatter would spike as the weapons were spotted, and it would be relayed back to the 240mm artillery cannons. The booms from Deity echoing through out the city as the howitzers fired. As always, the Artemis systems stayed up, notifying the C.C.T of any fast movers entering the area as well as displaying non-Coalition heat seeking or tracking tech that wasn't up to modern standard, e.g. what the Kotungans had.

Kotungan Orbit.

Four hours had passed, soon enough the fleet would arrive.

[003,0K] Kotunga - Page 11 Empty Aftermath

Post by autist supreme Tue Apr 09, 2013 1:42 am

The riots were like a fire, they consumed, and consumed, until they burnt everything they touched. Overnight the city was in ruins, the ex soldiers, rebels, citizens and bad landers struck various CCT hard points with futile efforts.

While the riots had passed, the storm was over, but the damage was obvious. The streets were littered with bodies, some of them had gaping holes in them, some had no wounds at all, they just lay dead in piles of their own vomit, their dead faces a mixture of anguish and disbelief, mourning mothers and fathers walked through the piles of bodies, digging through the corpses to find their own, tears and rage would be present all through the city, families were cut off by these new checkpoints, people were separated, and for how long, was never clear.

On the CCT side of the city, the weak roads would be caved in from the shelling, concrete tower block buildings collapsed, the people made new streets, new markets were set up, and new deals were being made, the city itself was a huge market of activity. The USC side was also heavily damaged but to a lesser extend, it seemed resisting the riots only made matters worse, and as such made a lot of people think that a laissez-faire policy was becoming more and more important.

The psychological damage of the night had left a lot of citizens docile to oncoming violence, it became apparent that many of them were suffering post traumatic stress, young children, covered in mutilated body fragments and blood, wandering aimlessly through war zones.

Rickett Dog started up the engine to a beaten up hatchback, he drove out of the city under the usual guise of a medical truck, he blended into many of the Kotungan aid convoys, doing small work and things like that, the fact was almost every one of his "medical" workers in the back of his truck were badlanders, he'd had enough, this planet had been sucked dry. He knew that he was going to get out of this planet alive, or die trying.

One thing that he knew was never going to leave Kotunga was instinct, people cling to life, Kotungans especially; they cling to life and they cling to hope, that someone, somewhere, will deliver them from their cycle of colonization, imperialism, revolution and death.

El Manar

After the riots had died out, the USC begun implementing its new policies regarding Kotunga. With many thousand tons of supplies being dropped in from orbit, trucks started patrolling the streets, taking census and issuing out food, water, medicine, clothing and other essentials such as bodywash foam, disaster kits and batteries to power appliances, coupled with a wide range of cable adaptors. Luxuries followed soon, including newspapers printed on site: the Freedom Post, a hastily put together newspaper that included pieces of "Warzone Survival for Dummies", a guidebook to surviving in active combat zones, a piece about the state of Kotunga, a letter by the United Systems President praising the Kotungan people for their bravery and various instructions on how to request special items of need, such as allergy medication.

The streets were another story. With the enormous death tolls, an entire brigade of support staff had been assigned to putting the bodies in bodybags, searching for anyone who could identify them and then contacting the families to formally inform them of the sad news and offer an invitation to an open memorial service later that day.

In the meantime, USC Combat Engineers worked relentlessly to establish temporary housing using pre-fab barracks, and to demolish any damaged buildings that were deemed as dangerous. Medical staff tried to guide all the refugees to the new camps, where the psychologists and psychiatrists that had been shipped in from the Hastings were already stretched thin.

While the humanitarian effort was ever-present, the military effort was just as obvious. Tanks and APCs roamed the streets, escorted by Marines on foot and the occasional gunship. Instructions and advice were broadcasted by the vehicles, while a communications system was set up in the under construction West El Manar District Headquarters that broadcasted messages via radio. Requests were made for citizens to either hand their firearms in in exchange for more luxuries, or to simply declare their gun ownership to one of the census teams.

Military Police was swift to put down any crime, using non-lethal weapons such as tear gas, stun cartridges and flashbangs. Perpetrators were kept in the APCs for the moment, or executed if their crime was rape or murder and there was absolute evidence to prove it.

The USC fleet remained in geostationary orbit over the USC-controlled territories, and stayed at condition one.

The citizens react differently to the USC's actions, some people see it as hostile to be forced out of their cramped living spaces, most people cannot read the Freedom Post, but a lot of them tear out the pictures then lay on the paper. Most of the instructions, if written down, would be readable by only roughly 30% of the population in the city. Soldiers however and military staff that had surrendered or scarpered made efforts to contact the USC in order to aid their Kotungan brethren.

El Manar
Refugee District 7

"All civilians with law enforcement, medical, military or engineering experience and service members. The city of El Manar can not recover without your assistance. The El Manar District Police Department, Medical Center and Volunteer Engineer Corps are in dire need of new recruits, staff and experienced soldiers alike. Law enforcement for the people, by the people. Enlist today. Priority rationing of essentials will be given to children, the sick and the elderly, but volunteers are guaranteed additional luxuries."

In each refugee camp, recruitment centers had been established in pre-fabricated office structures, and District 7 was no exception. The center was located near the main entrance to the camp, and guarded by a pair of power-armored troops, and inside, a large number of USMC Recruiters in URBPAT Digital Urban Camouflage work uniforms were handling enlistment for the new Militia. Recruits were given a background check, using the USC's access to Kotungan databases, and a thorough physical and mental check-up, including a test on language and writing. Those that qualified were then sent to large formations where drill instructors taught them the basics of law enforcement and gun safety. Finally, they were issued with Navy Camouflage Uniforms, ballistic vests, MOLLE/5 load-carrying gear and backpacks, extra rations, radios, PDAs, HUD contact lenses and gear such as helmets and ballistic goggles, with gas masks and deployable riot shields for use in emergencies. Their weaponry was a simple electrical arc stun rifle, incapable of applying deadly force, and came with insulated gloves. Organised hastily into squads, the Kotungans were assigned simplified ranks based on experience and qualifications: Privates, Corporals and Sergeants. USC Military Police Officers issued them orders over the radio, and assigned them to aid with the humanitarian and peacekeeping missions.

Kotungan Orbit.

Three ships would jump in, cruiser sized with only point-defense installed. Obviously troop transporters with all non-essentials parts removed, except for the engines. They would join the beginning fleet, obviously they were ahead of schedule and the full C.C.T. fleet couldn't be far behind. Upon positioning in Kotungan orbit, the strenuous task of ferrying the new army corps down to the surface, totaling 45,000 soldiers along with equipment, a large deployment, but the C.C.T. had a lot of land to take and keep the peace in. It was compromised of armor and infantry divisions, as well as enough ammunition to flatten El Manar twice. The unloading would take the better half of seven hours for the vehicles to be taken out from orbit, a mix of heavy tanks, APC's, in-atmosphere aircraft. Throughout the night, heavy landing craft, carrying up to 100 men each would make multiple trips, the troop carriers waiting in low orbit.

El Manar.

The streets were being cleaned, the dead being lifted into Type 14 trucks and carted out of the city in convoys. Their destination unknown to the residents of the city. The district closest to Deity would be the first to see the new gear in deployment, a convoy would drive into the residential sector of the area, supported at the rear with a Type-4B flanking tank, the rest of the convoy comprised of two Type 528s. The soldiers in side, clad in power armor as most infantry were would disembark and make for the sides of the streets, now that the Kotungans had surrendered, they were on the road back to being equals. Citizens would be treated with respect and nods of the head, but if they got too close or seemed to be hiding something they'd be asked to step back and leave the area momentarily. Any buildings that were empty and abandoned had a sign of no entry printed on the doors in Kotungan. Any civillians present were offered extra food if they would move to a relocation camp for a small period of time, obviously the C.C.T. was clearing space for the large influx of new troops and getting new space for hardware in, of course not all the 90,000 that were coming were going to stay in El Manar, they'd be re-positioned across the continent to instill peace.

El Manar Power Station.

Upon the orders of high-command, two Type 62 APC's would pull up to the utility station, the two inhabitants of the heavily armored carriers disembarked, the total of them at a solid thirty men. One Lieutenant standing in between the two APC's, which immediately turned their turrets to search for thermals amongst their surroundings.

"Ryan, take your squad and head for the control panel, follow your briefing. Fontaine, you and your squad take up defensive on all entrances!".

His voice would echo outwards, him lowering his face-plate and resting his rifle on the spaced armor of the APC. As Sergeant Ryan and his men enter, they'd try their best to co-operate with any Kotungan personnel, but nothing any residents could do would stop them from reaching the main control panel. Once there, the squad would make sure no one joined them, as well as escorting anyone in there outwards, ziptieing anyone who game them trouble. A combat engineer would work his way through any primitive Kotungan firewalls, before finding what they came here for.

"Sergeant Ryan, got access to the main grid, ready to shut down on Lieutenants command.".

The sergeant would nod, broadcasting back and forth with the Lieutenant before giving the Combat Engineer the thumbs up. After running a command, the lights of the building would flicker, in fact the entire blocks lights would, before coming back on at steady pace. However, anything still running on the Kotungan power grid in the U.S.C. district would remain in darkness, obviously the C.C.T. wasn't liable for that district no longer, so they weren't going to give it any of their power.

Checkpoint "Holbach".

Named for the leader of the Coalition, looking at the checkpoint you'd think it was his own passion project. The entire road up until the actual blockade had been occupied, the citizens in the apartment blocks moved to relocation camps outside the city, their final destination El Fawsan. Machine gun and autocannon nests had been set up in the apartments, as well as a welded bunker in the middle of the street leading up, meaning vehicles had to slow and maneuver around it to get to the checkpoint. It also lay in the middle of a field of tank traps, which could easily be swapped out and moved by the ever present combat engineers. Once the Kotungan power was switched off in the U.S.C. district, a bit of laughter could be heard, cancelled out by the rumbling of engines once more as a trucks unloaded more ammunition for the auto-cannons. And a special delivery to head to the U.S.C. side, a box would be handed up the ranks until it was in the hands of a unlucky Lieutenant who'd be making the thousand mile walk, well at-least it would feel that way. He'd take a moment, before striding out to the middle of the no mans land between the checkpoints. From the lack of vision on his skin, it would look like he was handling it quite well. Though underneath the army he was sweating like a pig and his heart-rate was up. Snipers would cover, getting ready to take down any one who took a shot at him. Upon setting the box down, exactly in the middle of the no mans land, he'd turn and head back to his district. Once out of sight, confiscating a Privates contraband alcohol and finishing it. The box would just sit there, waiting for the U.S.C. to do their show of bravery and retrieve it.

Thankfully, the USC had predicted the move. Massive capacitors had been shipped down from orbit and then hooked to the power grid, providing the city with the precious few hours of electricity the USC needed to get the nuclear power plant working. Inside a tunnel hastily dug beneath the El Manar USC HQ, a General Atomics ZEUS Deuterium Fusion Reactor was being installed, with the capacity to produce ten gigawatts of power when fully operational: far beyond anything El Manar needed, and even less when taking into account that the USC was only occupying part of the city. Nevertheless, the reactor was still offline: messages were broadcasted around El Manar for citizens to conserve power, so as to not overload the temporary capacitors that were being used.

The USC Checkpoint was just as intimidating as the CCT's: a bunker-like structure had been established, with a trench-like area on its roof providing cover for the dozens of gunners and snipers that aided the automated defense turrets. Tanks, IFVs and power armored troops guarded all areas near the checkpoint, and an actual line of tanks had been placed facing the massive gate, ready to open fire on anything threatening. Snipers on the wall detected the CCT soldier, and pointed their rifles at him; no shots were fired, though. After he had deposited his package, the smaller blast door next to the gate opened. But instead of a human stepping through, a small rover-like robot did, apparently an Explosive Ordinance Handling automaton. It approached the box, scanning it with everything: x-ray, ultrasound, chemical detectors and heat cameras examined the package, trying to determine its contents.

Once the bot was sighted, some soldiers on the Coalition side of the wall would shake their heads, one of the Sergeants muttering"Cowards.".The box would contain a simple, Coalition designed communications device. Along with a piece of paper, obviously a note. If retrieved, the note would be written in English.

"Communications Device, can only contact the communication device linked to it, located in our bunker, for use in high-tension situations.".

The various soldiers manning it would be seen chatting amongst themselves, behind the concrete walls that supported the blockade. The bunker in the middle of the road would spot the truck slowly advancing, the auto-cannon inside that covered the checkpoints rear would flick it's safety off and keep trained on the truck. The alert tone would chirp once, alerting the guards situated there. A Type 62 APC would move in-front of the vehicle, blocking it off. The whole turret wouldn't turn, and a fire-team of three power-armored soldiers would take cover behind the APC. A loud-speaker would activate, from the bunker.

"Turn off your engine and disembark your vehicle, failure to comply will lead to termination, you have twenty seconds.".

Surely enough the engine turns off, 2 men get out of the front and roughly 20 people get out of the back.

As the large group was spotted, more soldiers would give their attention, two LMG's being set up on the second floor of the apartment. A customs officer would walk over, all power-armor except for the fact he wore a ball-cap with the C.C.T.'s lion stitched in, with "Trade Control" stitched below it. He'd check a hand held before walking to the driver, assuming him to be a leader.

"Hello sir, what is your business here today?".

The officer would look down at the hand held once more, shaking his head.

"Can't be done, unless the U.S.C. transfers them over here we can't send you over.".

El Manar.

Throughout the city, abandoned businesses would be renovated throughout, making the way for recruitment and ration offices.
