As if the factions present were not enough, three frigates and a battleship with the C.C.T's flag painted on the sides would enter the system, moving into high orbit immediately, a message sent to the Zelenyian and Peoples ships.

"If you're here to try and create peace amongst these barbarians, good luck, it's nigh impossible to do such.".

The battleships scanners would start, finding any minerals of interest, the Helium-3 and Oil being noted, this would need to be taken for the C.C.T's plans for the planet. Type 2's would be loaded up with Type 110's and the numerous shock-infantry prepared to take the oil fields. Another message would go straight to the planet, as missile defense systems warmed up on the frigates.

"This is the Coalition of Cleansed Territories, all factions are highly encouraged to stand-down immediately and prepare peace talks. With a planet such as yours, you are of great interest to much else of the universe, and should prepare for that.".

[Blitz]

The Captain and the K.G.B. agent sat in briefing room. Between them was a recorder, playing the message the L.F.F. being played. The Captain sat back heavily in his chair, massage his left temple, while the young agent merely smirked, pausing the recording halfway through. He crosses his arms, leaning back into his chair, then makes a gesture towards the recorder. "A very promising sponsor you have there, Kaptionniy. I can already see the Zeleniyan flag waving over the shanty towns now."

The Captain sighed, sitting up in his seat. "We need time. Perhaps we were wrong to contact the eh.. gangsters. While I was hoping to not resort to this it seems we'll have to contact the original de facto government. Their tactical situation is quite.. troubling. But we believe their intentions are good. Besides, there's nothing the locals can throw at us that a few fighter bombers can't take care of."

The agent uncrossed his arms and in a dramatic gesture, opens his arms to him. "Then do so, tovarisch Kaptionniy."

Another high frequency message is sent to the planet, the Zeleniyan national anthem playing in the background as the same man speaks. "Attention, Manari Freedom Militia. Your struggle to rid the planet of gangster scum and pirates is within your grasp. Accept our offer and you will gain our military strength to free your territory of your enemies, and our logistic support to modernize your people.

"Be warned, should you consider to deny our offer. There are those who would seek to exploit you. You are not an officially recognized nation and therefore your planet will be sucked dry by the imperialists that orbit your home. Therefore, there are no diplomatic repercussions for the bloodshed that may come as the powers that surround you attempt to invade. You have already witnessed one such instance.

"The Republic of Zeleniy seeks to unify their human brethren and see to it that this bloodshed is put to a halt. In return we ask for nothing. We are doing this because like you, our ancestors were once put to the sword by the viciously greedy, imperialist gangsters that ruled our land. You are your own salvation, Manari fighters. A general message is sent across to the various space-faring factions.

"Be advised that we will not allow any sort of resource-gathering. First come, first served. Seeing the Kal'Bavakorian situation, the leader has agreed to sharing a portion of the gathered resources with them. However, for other nations such as the CCT, such a thing will not be allowed. Please stand down."

The Leader of the C.C.T craft, Admiral Garret, would listen to the message, shaking his head and looking over to his ground commander.

"Ignore it, the only way we'll bring some form of semi-peace is conquest, prepare the oil fields soldiers.".

The General would nod, heading for the hangar where his men were prepared to take the oil fields in one quick strike. Regardless of the peoples views, the C.C.T would set down on this planet and end the conflict, even if it meant killing droves of pitiful tribesmen. A message would be returned to respond to the Peoples message.

"I understand you wish to help by acquiring resources for the Alarei threat, or whatever your nations reasons may be. But by calling my nation out by name, I'm assuming you solely mean me, well I'm sorry to disappoint, but the only way to bring peace to this planet is, sadly, through a lot of bloodshed. The oil fields will be taken by C.C.T troops shortly, the warring factions must be denied their fuel.

The Admiral would look over the tactical map, a 3D render projected onto the table, mainly focused on the oil field rigs (considering the standing government ever set up facilities for it them) and the surrounding towns/villages/outposts, as well as marked landing fields for the shock troops.

Preparing Area.

The four Type 2's of the Type 44 'Finley' would be loaded with their MBT's and infantry, now just waiting for the blinking red light to go green.

Wolvay would slowly start to grow into a fortress of turrets, walls, and other military defensive and offensive structures. However, with the recent message, they'd stop expanding, now only fortifying.

As the 16 missiles approach the base, it's defenses would have little trouble with dispatching the missiles.

The Admirals voice would reply almost instantaneously, obviously annoyed by the fact these aliens were playing god.

"Regardless of what the galactic council says, the only people with rights to gain resources are the inhabitants themselves, they need to be united to stand against the Alarei threat, not used up and casted aside as you are attempting to do, stand down.".

A message would be sent to the ground soon after.

"This is the Coalition of Cleansed Territories, I highly urge you take hostile action against any non-human landings by the factions present, this is your planet, not theirs, unite and stand against them.

A message is sent out by the Zeleniyan fleet, this time without music, or the proud, welcoming voice of the last man. This man speaks in a low, emotionless tone as he drones on, probably reading off a script.

"Attention, Kotunga. The Socialist Republic of Zeleniy will bring about change to this planet. To the greedy gangsters that rule, we have no intention on fighting on 'your' terms, and will rid your planet of your natural resources. Thus to ridding you of your power over the average man. The days of the mobster and the degenerate are over. Oppressed citizens of Kotunga, rise in the name of freedom and you will be rewarded."

In a show of force to reinforce this declaration, three fighter jets fly over both the L.F.F. shanties and the city of El Manar. Their bomb bays open, large containers dropping out of them. The containers fall a good distance before a parachute opens up around them automatically. The containers then crack open, thousands upon thousands of little propaganda leaflets littering the streets. The windswept leaflets disperse around the cities.

They show a large Zeleniyan flag on them, with the words:"FREEDOM AND HAPPINESS IS WITHIN YOUR GRASP." Under the words are many black hands holding Zeleniyan weaponry in the air. On the back of the leaflet there is a depicture of farmers working their fields, factory workers operating a large space ship manufacturing facility, and a picture of the smiling Czar shaking hands with a random black man.

The ground would shudder and shake violently, sand on even the Faki Desert would rattle and shimmer, sending the great spiders back into their nests. The main attraction of this chaos, was a huge chain of explosions out in the Rican Bay, the oil fields had not only been set on fire, but their underground deposits had been hit with a depth charge, exploding potentially trillions of dollars worth of oil in a matter of seconds.

Half of the planet in seconds, was ablaze. The shattering earthquake would smash and rapidly change ground sensors and the vast heat would destroy all thermal imaging capability, all combat on the ground, was now stone age. Kotunga was now worse than ever, the new cruise line of armaments had just arrived, tanks, smart missiles, target tracking missiles, infantry power armor, it was insanity.

A leaflet of Zeleni propaganda would be picked up by some, these men would then turn their guns on their own tribes, sparking new free for all fighting, Almonia became the center of the slaughter, since oil operations went south for most tribes, diamonds were the prize.


A Havoc missile submarine can be seen surfacing at the Minu Islands, firing stealth, untracked missiles at the Helium 3 Deposits, due to the recent tensions the defenses were otherwise occupied at the enemy fleets, causing total destruction to the Helium Deposits, many watch as the valuable gas merely leaks into obscurity.

Some kinetic weapons and spare GUASS weaponry turns on the fleets in space, nothing big however.

The People's fleet would appear to start orbiting the Almonia region, but too far up to get affected by ordinary weaponry.

This was an interesting, if stupid, situation. All sentient beings, clinging to the lifeline that was mineral resources.. Unfortunately, the humans on the planet below presented themselves as an obstacle to the higher levels of living. And it was interesting, watching the Coalition and the Zelenians present themselves as saviors, when all they wished were the oils and helium-3 on the world below. Liars, really.. They cared nothing for their black human brethren below.

With this thought in mind, Rear Admiral Junsa'Baow slowly grasped the freeze-cigar between her lips, exhaling a frosty amount of nicotine-leveled smoke. She tapped the cigar a few tips, leaning forward in her chair as she surveyed the world below through the view port on the bridge. The SRNC-04 was nowhere near as luxurious as the innards of a SRNC-15, or a SRNC-07 Battleship. The bridge carried a smaller crew, a weaker CIC, and no public bath for emergency skin hydration. It wasn't bad, but one could always aspire for more, couldn't they?

But they had a mission; no time for aspiring now. The resources on this world, from what they could pick up from the chatter in the region, were rich. The Republic needed all it could get right now, but apparently the world was filled with a rebellious human population.. Not only was that an issue, but they had multiple other races attempting to push their influence upon the world. With a soft snarl, the Admiral slowly placed her hand on the holo-communication system, running her hand along the spherical control panel. She activated the command systems, paying light attention to the murmurs of her crew's chattering on the bridge. It seemed it was all about what would happen next, wasn't it? What would happen in the coming days, months.. Years? The Republic had been kicked to the dirt, and anymore pain would result in utter collapse, it seemed.

Well, part of her reason for being here was to make sure it didn't come to that.

And with that, she activated the communications console, and began to speak. Messages were sent system-wide in the Kal'Bavakorian language, the honks and clicks revebrating throughout the system from the two ship fleet. A second transmission is launched in the translated, synthetic voice used by female Admirals in the Republic Navy.

Coalition of Cleansed Territories, revoke your statement regarding attacks against non-human persons, or you will be sanctioned by the Galactic Council of Unified Worlds or attacked for inciting death and violence. Second of all, while we all clearly wish to grasp at the resources evident on this planet... The Council will decide who gets them, and when, or if at all... Although there doesn't seem to be much Helium-3 left on the world..'-++

A single message would be sent across Kotunga in reply to the attacking attempts on the People fleet.

"Further offensive attempts towards our fleet will result in total annihilation. Stand down or face the consequences. The council will rule shortly."

As the long wave radio transmitted jammer rays fire around the planet, systems and possibly naval vessels would be de-activated, any computer control systems would utterly shut down as Mohmar begins his jihad.

The first attack was on Almonia, an anthrax loaded missile slamed into a refugee camp of 1 million, killing and maiming. However the refugee camp was secretly being used by the Peace Militia as a base.

Accross the Faki Desert was a scene to drive enough fear into any man's heart, thousands of scrap tanks, pushing their way across the sands, shooting burning and destroying wild life as they go. Huge, spires, shooting short range blue lasers into the sky, creating huge explosions across the planet slammed the areas of space with a deterrent to stop ships interrupting combat and creating electromagnetic explosions on the planet below.

El Manar is a brutal slaughter ground, hundreds of thousands, in the street, 4 way street riots, hundreds dying, 50 caliber rounds slam into the crowds, tearing limbs, punching bodies apart, an under construction skyscraper explodes violently and slams into the ground, crushing a small housing estate.

While the aircraft used by the militias are rare, they are there, meaning the sky is covered in red and green tracer fire, to drop troops or tanks into this mess would be suicidal.

Havoc Terrorists can be seen zooming through the city streets on SK-133s doing gunruns on potentially catastrophic RPG squadrons, Mohmar's attack on 25 fronts was working, smaller tribes were even rallying to his cause. He was finally uniting the planet.... in his eyes anyway.

[Blitz]

The Zeleniy fleets, unaffected by the jammer attack, merely watches the destruction. The six jets return to the carrier and dock in the hangar bays. The Captain overlooks the destruction from the bridge, observing the giant black smoke clouds. The diplomat woman steps up to him, urgently speaking,"Kaptionniy, what are we going to do?" The captain merely glances over to her, then back to the planet. "They've undone their own self-sufficiency, if you could call it that. With their resources gone and the degenerates shooting left and right, they'll need order more than ever. And if they won't learn to accept our generous offer then they'll learn to suffer in an eternity of war. Honestly with all the flattering radio transmissions we've picked up, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a common gene mutation among these humans that gives them a few extra chromosomes." The Captain states this bluntly, with a hint of annoyance towards the planet full of idiotic gangsters and criminals. He turns to walk up the aisle of the bridge, speaking again as he exits,"I'd be surprised if they weren't nuked from orbit out of spite for destroying their own natural resources."

An encrypted message would be sent to the Zeleni Fleet from Port Maly, it's contents would be unknown to all but the receiver

The message would continue to repeat. As the situation on Kotunga worsened, the Admiral would have enough. Innocent humans on the wrong planet at the wrong time were dying in droves now and he didn't want to be remembered as the man who idly stood by. The red light would go green as the admiral transmitted to the neighboring fleets.

"Considering the recent usage of ship-to-ground missiles, Port Malay has been deemed a target to be shut-down, preventing further war ships to leave the harbor. I will not stand and watch, action is being taken.".

The Type 2's would deploy, dropping out of the frigates and battleship, heading for Port Malays location.

"Admiral you're in direct violation of council regulations. As said before, no nation will take action until the council has ruled. Retreat your ships now or face the political consequences."

The chatter is cut short.

Before Archer's finished his message, he would be automatically booted from the secure Council channel for interrupting official internal messaging.
